Juice – Recipes

So here are all the recipes I have used along my journey.  I’ll update this page each time I use a recipe.

NOTE: You will notice that when you test any of these recipes, you may find that you get more juice or not the same amount.  This is all due to the size of the vegetables you use. I have been told to have between 32 and 64 ounces a day.

Breakfast

Recipe 1:

  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1/2 Orange

13 Ounces

Recipe 2:

  • 10 Strawberries
  • 500ml of Blueberries (it said 500ml on the box, I’d say three handfuls)
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 piece of Ginger

16 Ounces

Recipe 3:

  • 2 Pears
  • 1 small piece of Ginger
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 handfuls of Blueberries

16 Ounces (almost)

Recipe:

  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 handfuls of Blueberries
  • 1 green Apple
  • 1 Orange
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 Pear

22 Ounces

Recipe 5:

  • 6 Strawberries
  • 2 handfuls of Blueberries
  • 1 green Apple
  • 2 Carrots

15 Ounces

Recipe 6:

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 large red Apple
  • 2 handfuls of Blueberries
  • 6 Strawberries

19 Ounces

Recipe 7:

  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 small Pineapple
  • 1/4 Watermelon
  • 1 green Apple
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 4 Oranges

54 Ounces

Recipe 8:

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 green Apple
  • 1 handful of Blueberries
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 sticks of Celery
  • 6 Strawberries

15 Ounces

Recipe 9:

  • 3 Carrots
  • 3  handfuls of Blueberries
  • 12 Strawberries
  • 2 green Apples
  • 2 Kiwis

28 Ounces

Recipe 10:

  • 10 Strawberries
  • 1 handful of Blueberries

9 Ounces (not a lot!)

Lunch

Recipe 1:

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • 6 Celery sticks

16 Ounces

Recipe 2:

  • 2 Celery stick
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 1 Carrot

16 Ounces

Recipe 3:

  • 6 Kales leave
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 3 Celery sticks
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Carrots

21 Ounces

Recipe 4:

  • 1 green Apple
  • 2 Sticks of Cerelry
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Carrots
  • 6 leaves of Kale

21 Ounces

Recipe 5:

  • 2 large Carrots
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 1 green Apple
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 2 sticks of Celery (I ran out)
  • 1/2 a Lime

23 Ounces

Recipe 6:

  • 2 large Carrots
  • 1 red Apple
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 1 small piece of Ginger
  • 1 Tomato

26 Ounces

Recipe 7:

  • 1 Beetroot
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 sticks of Celery
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 green Apple
  • 1 handful of Spinach

24 Ounces

Dinner

Recipe 1:

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 2 sticks of Celery

28 Ounces

Recipe 2:

  • 3 Carrots
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Celery
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 handfuls of Spinach

21 Ounces

Recipe 3:

  • 1/2 Red Apple
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 sticks of Celery
  • 6 leaves of Kale
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • small bunch of Coriander

16 Ounces

Recipe 4:

  • 2 large Carrots
  • 1 green Apple
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 1 small piece of Ginger
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon

23 Ounces

Recipe 5:

  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1 green Apple
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 1 small piece of Ginger
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Lemon

17 Ounces

Recipe 6:

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 sticks of Celery
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of Parsley
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 1 clove of Garlic
