After a recent hospital visit, I decided I needed to reboot my system. So I am beginning today with a breakfast. I am not sure I’ll be continuing this for two weeks. I’ll see how things go today. So for breakfast, let’s take a look at what we have:
- 2 toms
- 2 sticks of celery (large)
- 2 carrots
- 2 green apples
- 1/4 cucumber
- handful of spinach
After a quick meltdown in the juicer, I have one cup of juice. This produces a nice tall glass of healthy juice. About 650ml. I’ll need to have two more of these, and very little ingredients. I think a trip to the grocery store will be required. The picture to the right is the bowl of vegetables I used to make my delicious juice.
So here’s the next photo, the picture below shows the juice before and after stirring. It’s not a great photo. Sorry if it seems a little out of place. But I have to admit this is already feeling like the original day 1. My brain is aching and not from thinking I can tell you!
So the last time I did this, I remember thinking I needed to make sure I knew what was coming into the body. You know like vitamins and nutrients, etc. So the links I have provided below are for the juice which has made it in. This is not to be taken as a point of fact, each link was found through a web search. But there is nothing I can find which provides specific information on the nutrients and vitamins, etc which come from exactly what I am adding to the juice… So I apologise fo r that, but please do have a look at the links. It will give you a rough idea at the very lease…

After reading through the links above, I was amazed! Well, I am sure you’ll find it shocking. I am a fruit lover, and am always eating fruit. Bananas, apple and oranges. I really don’t eat much in the way of snacks. Some people could do with having more fruit. Just drop the packet of crisps and have a banana instead. Well, I hope you enjoyed reading this.
