#p90x2 break day 3 #mothersday

So its motherday! Today is the celebration to all the mums in the world. So in light of that. We have been to visit both mums. Which took a while. But well worth it!

So no workout time again. But plenty of family time. Well worth missing the workout.

Felt a pinch in my lower back this afternoon, sciatica perhaps. But cannot stand up straight! About 2 years ago, I suffered a minor catastrophe with 2 herniated disc l3 and l4, and l4 and l5. I am hoping this is not as bad. Early night. Plenty of rest and positive attitude for tomorrow! Hope everyone else is having a successful weekend!
