So as some of you may know, my wedding is on it’s way. Although my fiancé and I have managed to book almost all the big items, some are still looming overhead. I think this is causing undue stress and keeping me up. I am going to be very tired tomorrow.
I will probably have to start the day off strong, big bowl of fruit followed by mid morning juice. Perhaps a soup for lunch just (found a recipe on the reboot site). Mid afternoon juice right after my Physio session and then dinner which will probably be a salad.
Right off to bed…
