Juicing Day 5 – Dinner (jointhereboot.com)

Hey hey hey!

The end of day 5!  Show some support! 😛 I’m doing really well.  Well, I like to think I am.Froth looks good though, picture to the left.

So today has been the toughest day so far.  Did not sleep well last night, and that has more to do with other things rather than the diet. Woke up tired, trying to stay alert and awake has been difficult when on a reduced calorie diet which is what this is. But it’s fine I have almost made it.

If you are going to juice Garlic, make sure you do it first and use the Spinach and Kale afterwards, as the chlorophyll takes the smell away.  Well, I’ve mentioned the grass smell when you juice Kale…. er… Yummy?!  Here’s the recipe…


  • 2 large Carrots
  • 1 green Apple
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 1 small piece of Ginger
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon

23 Ounces
