Juicing Day 3 – Lunch (jointhereboot.com)

Alright! Moving on!! Lunch time, I tried something a little different. OK, not that much different from what I have been doing, I found a tomato in the fridge! So the recipe was adjusted.

You can taste the tomato, not much, but it does help to cover the taste of celery! Really, I dislike celery!! But it’s got loads of Vit C and some other stuff, so I try and add it to all the recipes.

  • 6 Kales leave
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 3 Celery sticks
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Carrots
